PRESS RELEASE

On May 1, 2020 State Police Bureau of Criminal of Investigation (BCI) Liberty arrested Desaan Clark, age 19 of Monticello, Unique Junior, age 21 of Monticello and Kaseem Mcneal, age 26 of Hurleysville after an investigation revealed that on April 29, 2020 the three individuals went to a home in Loch Sheldrake and dragged a resident from the home and repeatedly hit the victim. The victim was robbed of clothing, an Iphone, Apple Air Pods, a phone charger, New York State Driver’s License, a debit card and approximately $250.00. The individuals then fled the area in a white SUV. The victim suffered minor injuries and was able to identify the attackers.

Desaan Clark  and Kaseem Mcneal were charged with Robbery 2nd degree Aided by Another Person and Robbery 2nd Degree Causing Physical Injury, both felonies and Assault 3rd degree, a misdemeanor. Unique Junior was charged with Assault 3rd degree. All three were virtually arraigned and remanded to Sullivan County Jail without bail. This is an ongoing investigation and more charges may follow.
