Somers, New York – March 6, 2020, The New York State Police from the Somers barracks are attempting to identify a man connected with the identity theft of a Westchester County resident, and larceny of funds after several withdrawals were made at a Chase Bank branch on Dickson Hill Road in Fairfield, California.
