Poughkeepsie man arrested for possessing child pornography

Poughkeepsie, New York – On February 24, 2020, the New York State Police arrested Michael J. Innello, age 26, of Poughkeepsie, for five counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

Subsequent to an investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Poughkeepsie, and the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit, a warrant to search the premises of Michael Innello was granted by the Dutchess County Court.  Investigators found Innello possessed five instances of child pornography.

Innello was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Poughkeepsie Court on February 25, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.
