Summer Fun at the Pawling Library

Summer Fun at the Pawling Library

On Friday, July 19th,, the Pawling Library hosted a Scavenger Hunt. Children in kindergarten through fifth grade competed to find objects hidden around the library. While all the competitors walked away with a small prize, the two winners of the competition earned the right to shove a pie in the face of Children’s Programming Coordinator, Neena McBaer. ” The whole program was designed by our Summer Programming Coordinator, Carla Biggs, who did an excellent job. The kids had a blast. The competition was fierce, but the children all helped each other, too. The ultimate winners of the contest earned extra points for assisting their friends and opponents,” reported Ms. Mcbaer.
Check out the library web site at: www.pawlinglibrary.org, for all the latest in children’s programming.. You can also sign up to receive the monthly library new letter on the site, as well.
