Pleasantville man charged with Driving While Intoxicated following accident investigation

Mount Pleasant, New York – On April 10, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Robert O’Keeffe, 51 years old, of Pleasantville, New York for driving while intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched to investigate a property damage auto accident that occurred on the Sprain Brook Parkway. Following an investigation conducted by responding Troopers, O’Keeffe was found to be intoxicated.
O’Keeffe was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Mt. Pleasant Court, on April 23, 2015.
