PRESS RELEASE
On 4/9/15, the New York State Police in Catskill arrested SAMIR S. ALYGAD, age 26, of Freehold, NY for two counts of Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree(class A Misdemeanors). ALYGAD is alleged to have threatened two victims with a knife during a dispute on Main St in the Town of Cairo. ALYGAD was arraigned before Town Justice Sirago in the Town of Cairo Court and released on his own recognizance with a return date of April 14th at 6:00 pm.
