Beacon woman charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated

Fishkill, New York – On April 3, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Mary G. Tooley-Gorman, 47 years old, of Beacon, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Old Glenham Road after observing a vehicle traveling on State Route 52 without headlights illuminated. The operator of the vehicle, Tooley-Gorman, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Tooley-Gorman was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed that she was convicted of a DWI related offense in December of 2009.

Tooley-Gorman was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Fishkill Court on April 8, 2015.
