Justin F. Carrasco, 24 of Hudson NY
On April 8, 2015 a joint investigation between the New York State Police BCI at Livingston, New York State Justice Center and the Columbia County DA Office resulted in the arrest of Justin F. Carrasco, 24 of Hudson NY.
On March 30, 2015 the Justice Center received a complaint of an abuse allegation from the In Flight Inc. of Red Hook NY. The complaint alleged the Carrasco had injured a resident of an In Flight facility in Columbia County.
The State Police investigated the matter with the Justice Center and determined that during an altercation, Carrasco acted in a manner that was injurious to the resident was is determined to be incompetent.
The defendant was arrested and processed at SP Livingston. He was issued an Appearance Ticket for one count of Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person in the 1st degree. He is set to appear in the Town of Taghkanic Court on 5/7/15 at 5:30 pm.
