On March 2, 2019, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Belkis Sanchez, age 52, of Carmel, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On March 2, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Leonid A. Dyer, age 37, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Noxon Road in the town of Lagrange, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On March 2, 2019, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Gary W. Jamross, age 59, of Pittsfield, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On March 2, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Joselyn Caceres, age 27, of Elmsford, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Tomahawk Street in the town of Somers, when she was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On March 2, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Kenneth M. Tibodeau, age 37, of Millbrook, NY, for DWAI Drugs with a Previous Conviction within 10 years, a class E felony. He was traveling on State Route 82 in the town of Washington, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On March 2, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Paata Chubinidze, age 46, of Manville, NJ, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Kent, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On March 2, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Robert M. Stoever, age 65, of Pawling, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on San Souci Drive in the town of Pawling, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. On March 3, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Devin A. Stroh, age 31, of Richmond, VA, for DWAI Drugs, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 9H in the town of Claverack, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
