Poughkeepsie man charged with burglary

Philipstown, New York – On April 6, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks arrested Lynn P. Dziedzic, a 50-year-old Town of Poughkeepsie resident, for Burglary 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.
On April 6, 2015, Troopers were dispatched to investigate a reported Burglary that occurred at a Philipstown area Service & Repair Shop.
Following an investigation, it was discovered that Dziedzic, an ex-employee at the repair shop was responsible for illegally entering the premises and stealing items during the burglary.
Dziedzic was arraigned in the Town of Philipstown Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail without bail. Dziedzic’s next court date was set for April 8, 2015 at 3:30 p.m.
