...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations of less than one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze to one tenth of an inch expected. Southeast winds may gust to 30 to 40 mph over the Taconics, and the higher terrain of western New England.

* WHERE...The western Adirondacks, Mohawk Valley, Taconics, eastern Catskills, Schoharie Valley, the mid Hudson Valley, Greater Capital District, and the Helderbergs of eastern New York, the southern Berkshires of western Massachusetts, and the Litchfield Hills of northwestern Connecticut.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. Please allow extra time if travel is necessary.
