On February 15, 2019, State Police Middletown arrested Lori Hurst, age 43 of Middletown, NY for DWAI Drugs. She was traveling on Dolson Avenue in the city of Middletown when she was involved in a vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On February 15, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested William Wilson Jr, age 23 of Walden, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 747 in the town of New Windsor when he was involved in a vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 15, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Nicholas Buchheit, age 35 of Port St. Lucie, FL for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in the village of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 15, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Heather Gabriel, age 47 of Kingston, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 28 in the town of Ulster when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 15, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Jessica Thirkield, age 27 of Warwick, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Forester Avenue in the village of Warwick when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 15, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Dasha Caldas, age 55 of Monroe, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Prospect Street in the town of Monroe when she was involved in a single vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Sarah Rivera, age 28 of Greenwood Lake, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Mountain Lakes Road in the village of Greenwood Lake when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Middletown arrested Benjie Ventura, age 23 of Walden, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 207 in the town of Hamptonburgh when he swerved to avoid a deer and was involved in a single motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Florida arrested Elizabeth Aurandt, age 50 of Warwick, NY for DWI. She was traveling on West Street in the town of Warwick when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Lexus Diamond, age 23 of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on East Main Street in the city of Middletown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Thea Aslanoglou, age 45 of Kingston, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 212 in the town of Saugerties when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Patrice Estess, age 56 of Kerhonkson, NY for DWI. State Police responded to the traffic circle on State Route 28 in the town of Ulster for a hit and run. Troopers were able to locate the vehicle that fled the scene on Washington Avenue. After speaking with the operator of the vehicle, Estess, it was determined that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested for DWI. She was additionally charged with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Hunter arrested Christopher Valente, age 41 of Maplecrest, NY for DWI. He was traveling on County Route 40 in the town of Windham when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Ryan Branagan, age 23 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in the town of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 16, 2019, State Police Ellenville arrested Robert Muller, age 53 of Olive Bridge, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Whitfield Avenue in the town of Rochester when he was involved in a single vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 17, 2019, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Carlos Burgos, age 47 of Middletown, NY for Aggravated DWI (Leandra’s Law). He was traveling on Route 211 in the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and had a minor in the car. He was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling Courtland Street in the city of Middletown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 97 in the town of Deerpark when he was involved in a serious personal injury accident. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

She was traveling on State Route 385 in the village of Catskill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. On February 17, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Travis Zalewski, age 28 of Catskill, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of New Baltimore when he lost control of his vehicle and drove off the road and struck an embankment. Responding troopers determined that he was impaired by alcohol and he was subsequently arrested.
On February 17, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Michael Fallon, age 60 of Surprise, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 81 in the town of Coxsackie when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 17, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Louis Tallandier Jr, age 48 of Haverstraw, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for numerous vehicle and traffic law violations. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 17, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Sean Mcnulty, age 48 of Haverstraw, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 59 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On February 17, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Gary Christiana, age 61 of New Paltz, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 299 in the town of Lloyd when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 17, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Oleg Gluschenkov, age 48 of Poughkeepsie, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 299 in the town of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 17, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Augustinas Barstys, age 29 of Campbell Hall, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Chester when his vehicle became disabled. Responding troopers stopped to assist. Upon speaking to Barstys it was determined that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on Schunnemunk Street in the town of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 17, 2019, State Police Catskill arrested Maurice Smith, age 36 of Hudson, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23A in the town of Catskill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On February 17, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Omar Baltazar, age 21 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Broadway in the city of Newburgh when his vehicle became disabled. Responding troopers stopped to render assistance. While speaking with Baltazar troopers determined that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

She was traveling on State Route 94 in the village of Warwick when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

She was traveling on Broadway in the city of Kingston when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
