Kinderhook man arrested after crashing into a house

PRESS RELEASE
Livingston, New York – On February 10, 2019, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Kevin W. Jornov Jr., age 30, of Kinderhook, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.

On February 10, 2019, at approximately 3:05 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to County Route 10 in the town of Livingston for a report of a car into a house.  Investigation found Jornov operated a 2014 Ford Escape into the garage portion of a residence on County Route 10.  Further investigation found Jornov’s blood alcohol level to be 0.18%.  Jornov was subsequently arrested, and his passenger was transported to Albany Medical Center for minor injuries.

Jornov was issued Universal Traffic Tickets returnable to the town of Livingston Court on February 21, 2019, at 6:00 p.m.
