State Police arrest two residents of Marbletown on drug charges

On January 25, 2019, the New York State Police executed a search warrant at an address off Mohonk Rd in the hamlet of High Falls, the town of Marbletown, Ulster County.  The New York State Police arrested two residents within the home, Michael C. Rask, age 47 and Leah E. Davis, age 35.  Rask was charged with two (2) counts of Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance 3rd degree, B- Felony, one (1) count of Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance 5th degree, D- Felony,  one (1)count of the following misdemeanor charges: Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th degree.  Davis was charged with one (1) count of the following misdemeanor charges: Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 7th degree and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.  Rask and Davis were arraigned in the Town of Marbletown Court in front of the Honorable Mark H. Glick and remanded into the custody of the Ulster County Jail.  Rask was remanded on $50,000.00 cash or $100,000.00 secured bond.   Davis was remanded on $2,000.00 cash or $5,000.00 secured bond.  Both Rask and Davis have dates in the near future to appear in the Town of Marbletown Court to answer these charges.
