SOUTHEAST MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI AFTER DRIVING INTO A BUILDING
Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr. reports the arrest of a Southeast man for Driving While Intoxicated, after the man drove his vehicle into a building located in the Holly Stream condominium complex, in the Town of Southeast. On January 17, 2019, at approximately 8:07 pm, Deputy Shawn Iarussi was dispatched to a one-car personal injury automobile accident involving a car crashed into a building, at the Holly Stream condominium complex, located in the Town of Southeast. Upon arrival, Deputy Iarussi made contact with the vehicle’s driver, Frank Goor, age 61, of Southeast. After a subsequent Investigation Deputy Iarussi placed Mr. Goor under arrest for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Goor was transported to a nearby Hospital by Ambulance, for medical assistance. There were no other reported injured people, at the accident scene. Mr. Goor was processed at the Hospital and issued an appearance ticket. Mr. Goor is scheduled to appear in the Town of Southeast Justice Court, at a future date and time.
