Temperature rising to near 36 by 9am, then falling to around 20 during the remainder of the day. Breezy, with an east wind 10 to 20 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
