Rain or freezing rain before 1pm, then a chance of sleet between 1pm and 2pm, then a chance of snow after 2pm. The rain could be heavy at times. Areas of blowing snow after 3pm. Temperature rising to near 36 by 9am, then falling to around 20 during the remainder of the day. Breezy, with an east wind 10 to 20 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Areas of blowing snow before 7pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around -2. Wind chill values as low as -21. Blustery, with a northwest wind 18 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 PM
EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation of sleet and freezing rain
  transitioning back to snow in the afternoon. Very cold wind
  chills expected. Additional snow and sleet accumulations of 1 to
  3 inches especially over the southern Taconics and ice
  accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of an inch. Wind chills
  15 to 24 degrees below zero expected. Winds will gust to 25 to
  35 mph this afternoon into tomorrow.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Litchfield County. In New York, Dutchess
  and Ulster Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 PM EST this
  afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
  to 6 PM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions could impact travel. The cold wind chills
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30
  minutes. Accumulating ice could result in downed tree limbs and
  isolated to scattered power outages.
