Purling man arrested for Burglary

PRESS RELEASE
On April 3, 2015 State Police at Catskill arrested Michael J. Schmitt, age 28 of Purling, N.Y. for Burglary 2nd(a class C Felony).
Schmitt was arrested after an investigation was conducted by the State Police and the Town of Durham Police into a reported burglary of a private residence in the Town of Durham in which a Television was stolen.
Schmitt was arraigned before Town Justice Jacobs in the Town of Catskill Court where he was ROR’d to re-appear at a later date.
