Somers man arrested for road rage

Somers, New York – On November 22, 2018, the New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested John A. Aloisio, age 62, of Somers, for Reckless Endangerment in the 2nddegree, a class A misdemeanor, and Harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation.
At approximately 10:30 a.m., a victim of road rage wisely led the suspect vehicle to the parking lot of SP Somers. The State Police Sergeant at the barracks heard the disturbance and investigated. Aloisio was found screaming at the victim over an incident that occurred on a public highway, and subsequently arrested.
Aloisio was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Somers Court on December 3, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
