NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE COMPUTATION
OF THE APPORTIONMENT OF THE
ANNUAL COSTS OF THE VILLAGE OF PAWLING
SPECIAL REFUSE ASSESSMENT AREA
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Village Law Section 22-2200, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pawling has completed its annual computation of the fiscal year 2019 costs of the Village’s Special Refuse Assessment Area. The total cost for 2019 is $176,130.00.
A copy of the apportionment formula and the apportionment roll for the Special Refuse Assessment Area is on file and can be inspected at the Office of the Village Clerk, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York during normal business hours.
A Public Hearing will be held on December 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York to consider and review the computation and apportionment.
