State Police remove twenty-three impaired motorists from the roadway over the weekend

On November 2, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Dean Beach, age 49, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on County Route 5 in the town of Hurley when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 2, 2018, State Police Ellenville arrested Amanda Bercze, age 25, of Gardiner, NY for DWI. She was traveling in the town of Wawarsingnwhen she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 2, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested James Furey, age 51, of Nanuet, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 304 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 2, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Malcolm Anderson, age 21, of Nyack, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 59 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 3, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Danielle Hogan, age 22, of New City, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 304 in the town of Clarkstown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 3, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Michael Rutski, age 41, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23A in the town of Hunter when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 3, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Brian Cook, age 54, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17K in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 3, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Melissa Kosciusko, age 39, of Leeds, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of Saugerties when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested William Gallagher, age 33, of New City, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 304 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Anthony Varriale, age 49, of New City, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 304 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Christopher Schrader, age 24, of New Windsor, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the town of New Windsor when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Jennifer Bielawski, age 53, of Brooklyn, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 23A in the town of Hunter when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Monroe arrested Mark Chapman, age 47, of Monroe, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the village of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Monroe arrested Valerie Quinn, age 33, of Chester, NY for DWI. She was traveling in the town of Monroe when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Michael Warner, age 29, of Monroe, NY for Felony DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Wallkill. Warner was observed to be outside of his vehicle on Interstate 84 when troopers stopped to see if the operator was in need of assistance. Upon speaking to troopers it was determined that Warner was impaired. A search of the vehicle yielded a pipe containing crack cocaine. It was determined that Warner was impaired by drugs and he was subsequently arrested. He was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Kenneth Pena, age 41, of Newburgh, NY for Felonly DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Liberty Street in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Ashley Degroat, age 25, of Middletown, NY for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on Academy Avenue in the city of Middletown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Shaquan Fentress, age 26, of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Montgomery Street in the city of Middletown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Highland arrested William Peppers, age 27, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Esopus when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Michael Smith, age 32, of Accord, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Gardiner when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 4, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Matthew Munson, age 21, of Tillson, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 299 in the town of Lloyd when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On November 5, 2018, State Police Highland arrested KellieAnn Mulick, age 28, of Wallkill, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Lloyd when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
