Millbrook woman arrested for heroin sales

On October 5, 2018, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Poughkeepsie Barracks, New York State Police Community Narcotic Enforcement Team, and the Village of Millbrook Police Department, announce the arrest of Rebecca C. Hartsfield, age 49, of Millbrook, New York, for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rdDegree, a Class B Felony. 

Hartsfield was arrested for selling heroin to an undercover police officer.

The defendant was arraigned in the Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.  .
