Town of Washington man arrested for burglary

Pleasant Valley, New York – On October 4, 2018, the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Jason A. Cole, age 39, of Washington, NY, for Burglary in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
On June 15, 2018, Troopers responded to Tyrell Road in the town of Pleasant Valley for a report of a burglary. A four-month investigation found Cole entered the residence illegally with intent to commit a crime.
Cole was arraigned before the town of Pleasant Valley Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. Cole is next scheduled to appear before the Town Court on October 9, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.
