Bridge on Hurley Road in Pleasant Valley Reopened to Traffic

The Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW) has announced Bridge PV-10 on Hurley Road over the Wappinger Creek in the Town of Pleasant Valley has reopened to traffic. Over the next several days, minor steel repairs will continue under the bridge, but are not anticipated to impact traffic. The full project is anticipated to be complete this month.

Bridge PV-10 project work began in the late-summer and involved having the bridge’s concrete surface rehabilitated and the steel repainted to ensure the bridge’s safety and extend its lifespan. Bridge PV-10 averages approximately 195 vehicles per day.
