State Police in Troop K remove fifteen impaired drivers from public roads over the weekend of September 29, 2018

On September 28, 2018, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Travis G. Spicer, age 24, of Ridgewood, NJ, for DWI. He was traveling on Washington Street 9 in the city of Poughkeepsie when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 29, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Russel S. Antonacci, age 46, of Woodbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Fishkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 29, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Roypersad Boedhoe, age 32, of Waterbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 29, 2018, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Courtney M. Hall, age 24, of Kinderhook, NY, for DWI, and Leaving the Scene of an Injury Auto Accident, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on Upper Main Street in the village of Valatie, when for unknown reasons she left the roadway and struck a tree. Hall fled both the scene and her injured passenger. Hall was subsequently arrested, after being located and investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol.
On September 29, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Whitney M. Rivera, age 29, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on State Route 9D in the town of Wappinger when she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle collision. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 29, 2018, State Police from SP Dover Plains arrested Angela L. DeJesus, age 32, of Beekman, NY, for DWI with a previous conviction, a class E felony. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Pawling when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 29, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Jill Litchauer, age 46, of Southeast, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 30, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Fausto B. Tello Cabrera, age 30, of Ossining, NY, for Aggravated DWI with a Child, a class E felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor. He was traveling on Route 35 in the town of Somers when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and had an unsecured child under the age of eight years in the vehicle.
On September 30, 2018, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Idelfy A. Gomez, age 36, of Ridgefield, NJ, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 30, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Henry M. Ramirez Leal, age 25, of Danbury, CT, for DWI with a prior conviction, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, both class E felonies. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 30, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Amanda M. Gusmano, age 23, of North Salem, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Grant Road 84 in the town of North Salem when she was reported by the fire department as a possible intoxicated driver. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 30, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Miriam Sanchez Flores, age 38, of East Fishkill, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 52 in the village of Fishkill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 30, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Hannah L. Holick, age 31, of San Antonio, TX, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Livingston when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 1, 2018, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested Timothy Anebakem, age 46, of Hyde Park, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Hyde Park when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
