Detectives from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrests of the following individuals:

Michael J. Wood, 30, of Accord, NY
– Two counts of Burglary 1st ( B Felony), one count of Assault 2nd (D Felony)

Brittany Berryann, 26 of Accord, NY
– Two counts of Burglary 1st ( B Felony), two counts of Assault 2nd (D Felony)

Carrissa Berryann, 25 of Accord, NY
– Two counts of Burglary 1st ( B Felony), one count of Assault 2nd (D Felony)

On March 30, 2015 at about 1:50 PM deputies responded to a residence on Route 209 in the Town of Rochester after multiple 911 calls reporting that someone had been stabbed. An investigation revealed that the three defendants went to the victim’s residence to confront the victim about an unrelated incident. After they entered the victim’s residence an argument ensued and a subsequent physical altercation resulted in the victim receiving stab wounds to his lower abdomen and leg. The victim was transported to Health Care Alliance of the Hudson Valley Broadway campus for treatment and was listed as stable.

Both Berryann’s were arraigned in the Town of Marbletown Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail each. Wood was arraigned in the Town of Kingston Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $75,000 cash bail.

Deputies were assisted by the New York State Police, Kerhonkson-Accord Rescue Squad, and Mobile Life Support.
