On September 7, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Louis Simpson, age 56, of Astoria, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17M in the town of Wawayanda when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested David Neff, age 63, of New Windsor, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Javier Gutierrez Sepulveda, age 25, of New Paltz, NY for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling in the village of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Raj Ryan, age 43, of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Haverstraw when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Nicholas Galvani Osinski, age 26, of West Orange, NJ for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 87 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 17 in the village of Harriman when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 208 in the village of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. She was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Blooming Grove when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 8, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Marino Lara, age 58, of Port Ewen, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Wallkill when he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 8, 2018, State Police Ellenville arrested Mark Wilson, age 53, of Ellenville, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 209 in the village of Ellenville when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Plattekill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 8, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Samantha Banks, age 27, of Kingston, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Esopus when troopers received a 911 call of an erratic operator of a vehicle. Troopers stopped the vehicle and determined that Banks was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On September 8, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Earl Sitterly, age 27, of Durham, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 81 in the town of Greenville when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
