Bridgeport CT. – 9:55 p.m. — Raymond P. Blanar, 36, of Wingdale, N.Y., faces a host of charges after being stopped by officers on Route 25 in Bridgeport CT. Blanar was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He posted a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on Aug. 6.
