Bloomingburg mother,son arrested for larceny

The New York State Police at SP Wurtsboro arrested Jean M. Nicoli, age 55, and Adam J. Nicoli, age 29, both of Bloomingburg New York for petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
This arrest is the result of an inverstigation by the State Police involving the larceny of two, 100 pound propane tanks that were illegally removed from a residence in Bloomingburg New York. It is alleged that each Nicoli was responsible for the removal of one of the tanks, which belong to Bottini Fuel. The tanks have been located by the State Police and returned to their rightful owner.
Both Jean and Adam Nicoli were arrested and processed at SP Wurtsboro and issued an appearance ticket directing them to return to the Town of Mamakating Court on April 15, 2015, at 1:00 PM.
