State Police Liberty Arrest Parksville Man for Assault of EMT

Wednesday March 25th, 2015 Liberty Troopers arrested a Parksville man for assaulting an EMT at Catskill Regional Medical Center.
Liberty Troopers responded to a medical call in Parksville on Wednesday afternoon. Louis Gunderman, of Parksville, had fallen and hurt his back. Gunderman was transported to CRMC and upon arrival to the Hospital struck an EMT in the eye. After striking the EMT Gunderman attempted to fight with the nursing staff at CRMC when they attempted to treat him. Troopers arrested Gunderman and transported him to SP Liberty. Gunderman was charged with Assault 3rd, Harassment 2nd and Disorderly Conduct. Gunderman was arraigned in Town of Liberty Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail.
