Seven Motorists removed from the road for Driving While Impaired

On June 19, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Edgar Almonte, 50 of Spring Valley, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Parkway in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On June 19, 2018, State Police Ellenville arrested James Bruyn, 30 of Pine Bush, NY for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling in the town of Shawangunk when he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On June 19, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Joshuah White, 31 of Freehold, NY for DWI. He was observed at a local car wash and appeared to be in an intoxicated state. State Police and a Town of Cairo police officer interviewed White. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On June 19, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Joshua Wells, 23 of Catskill, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Cairo when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On June 19, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Raquel Romero, 28 of Pine Bush, NY for DWI. She was traveling in the town of Crawford when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On June 19, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Cody Makarewicz, 27 of New Paltz, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Lloyd when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On June 20, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Gigi Follet, 27 of Kingston, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9W in the village of Saugerties when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
