State Police seek public assistance in identifying individual cloning debit cards in NYC

June 13, 2018 – The New York State Police from SP Wappinger in Troop K are attempting to identify the pictured individual.  The victim’s debit cards were cloned, and used at multiple Citibank locations in Brooklyn and Queens, NY, between the dates of May 6, and May 26, 2018.  Additional ATM withdrawals have occurred at H&I Grocery (2847 86th St), Jewel Grocery (2207 Bath Ave), Walgreens (713 Brighton Beach Ave), and Rite Aid (2532-54 86th St) in Brooklyn.
