State Police in Kingston arrest New Windsor man for stealing $48,000 in Lottery tickets

PRESS RELEASE

On March 25, 2015, the New York State Police at Kingston arrested Peter Dinnocenzo, 43 years old, from New Windsor, New York for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree.

It is alleged that between October 2013 and April 2014, Dinnocenzo stole more than $48,000 in scratch off New York State Lottery tickets from his employer. At the time Dinnocenzo was employed as a Store Manager at the Cumberland Farms on Mill Hill Road in the Town of Woodstock.

Dinnocenzo was arraigned before Town of Woodstock Justice Engel and released on his own recognizance. He was ordered to return in the Town of Woodstock Court later that day at 6:00 PM.
