Woman arrested for embezzling $36,720 from the Village of Fishkill Police Benevolent Association

Fishkill, New York – On June 8, 2018, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Lori A. Bailey, age 47, of Highland Falls, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 3rddegree, a class D felony.
An investigation found Bailey embezzled $36,720 from the Village of Fishkill Police Benevolent Association while serving as Treasurer. It was discovered that she utilized the funds for her personal benefit.
Bailey was arraigned before the Village of Fishkill Court and released on $1,000 cash bail. Bailey is next scheduled to appear before the Court on June 25, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.
