Fishkill teen arrested for possession of child pornography

Fishkill, New York – On May 25, 2018, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested James W. Park, age 17, of Fishkill, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.
On May 24, 2018, members of the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit, and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks, executed a search warrant at a residence in the town of Fishkill. James Park was found to be in possession of child pornography.
James Park was arraigned at the Town of Fishkill Court, and he was released under the supervision of probation. Park is next scheduled to appear before the Court on June 5, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
