Greenport – James Finn Greenport Jim Finn died on May 23, 2018 at Vassar Hospital. He was a Hotel Owner and Song Writer/Poet. He lived in 3 States, worked at McGraw Publishing Co. and Republic Pictures in N.Y.C., Shell Oil Co. in Los Angeles, CA, Poet Corner, St. Pete, FLA; IBM in Fishkill, NY. He had owned, The Ye Old Tavern/Stormville Hotel in Stormville, NY and managed the Putters Lounge at Red Hook Gulf Club. Mr. Finn was also an artist, who won Best Ribbon in Modern Art and Grand Champion of Art in Dutchess County Fair. Born in MT. Vernon, NY to Agnes Harrigan and Martin Finn. Mr. Finn is survived by Terry Finn; Daughters, Tammy Gray, Deborah Falasco, Tara Finn; Sons, Jay Finn, Sean Finn, Shane Finn and Stepson Chris Brazee, his sister Joan Johnson. He was pre-deceased by: Erin and Diane Finn, He will be cremated. There are no services scheduled.
