Kinderhook Man Arrested For Violating Order of Protection

On May 8, 2018 New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Livingston Arrested Jeffrey Barmen for Violating a Court Order of Protection.

Barmen was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st degree, a Class E felony, following an investigation by the State Troopers in Kinderhook and the Livingston BCI.

He was arraigned in the Town of Claverack Court, in front of Judge Brandon where he was released on his own recognizances pending a future court appearance.
