37-Year-Old Brewster Man Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in Southeast

Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr. reports the arrest of a 37-year-old Brewster man for driving while intoxicated.
On April 14, 2018, at approximately 2:20 a.m., while on patrol in Southeast, Deputy Sheriff Vincent Dalo observed a car on Route 22 that could not maintain a lane. The deputy stopped the vehicle, and the driver, Jose M. Ramirez-Morales, age 37 of Brewster appeared to be intoxicated. After an investigation, Mr. Ramirez-Morales was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content Over .18% and other traffic violations.
