State Police charge Woodbourne New York man with Driving While Ability Impaired with drugs.

PRESS RELEASE

On May 2nd, 2018 State Police at Liberty charged Michael S Wilson, 23, of Woodbourne New York with Driving While Ability Impaired by drugs 1st, as well as operating with a suspended registration, and operating without insurance.   After responding to a possible cardiac arrest call for an uninvolved person, Troopers interviewed Mr. Wilson.  Interview and subsequent investigation revealed Mr. Wilson had operated his vehicle impaired with drugs.  Mr. Wilson was transported to SP Liberty where he was processed.

Mr. Wilson was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Liberty Court May 16th, 2018 at 02:00 PM.
