SP Cortlandt seeking public assistance in identifying attempted robbery suspect

PRESS RELEASE

 
Troop K – The Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Cortlandt barracks is requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the pictured individual in relation to a robbery that occurred on April 25, 2018, at approximately 11:50 p.m., at the Mobil Mart on 2225 Crompound Road in the town of Cortlandt.

Security cameras show a black male approximately 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, wearing a black jacket, dark pants, a dark colored cloth covering his face, enter the store brandishing a knife.  The subject demanded money from the store clerk who called 911.  The subject then fled the area on foot.
