Thursday, May 17,  10:30AM  “ Colors of Tuscany”  presented by John and Barbara Marmillo, CLS members.  They have presented several travelogues to the community including Kenya, Tanzania, Japan, Iceland and Holland.  “Colors of Tuscany” is their latest program that follows the picturesque Tuscan landscapes, the colorful rolling hills, the golden limestone of medieval hilltop town and ancient monasteries.  Join us at the Dutchess County Office for Aging Senior Center at the Tri-Town American Legion Hall, 55 Overlook Road, Poughkeepsie.  For further information call 845-486-6363.  Open to the public – free of charge.

Thursday, May 24,  “History of Rock and Roll, the Dick Clark years”  presented by Neil Christensen, CLS member.  Dick Clark, known widely as   “America’s oldest teenager” single-handedly formed the culture of the day on American Bandstand, and helped give rise to rock ‘n’ roll.  Join us at the Town of Poughkeepsie Senior Center, 10:30AM, 14 Abes Way, Poughkeepsie.  For further information call 845-462-0265.  Open to the public – free of charge.
