Three motorists arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

On April 23, 2018, State Police Hamptonburg arrested Edward Murph, 37 of Carmel, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 23, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Christopher Arpine, 58 of New Windsor, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 24, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Denzel Warner, 27 of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Academy Avenue in the city of Middletown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
