Four motorists arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

On April 9, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Darla Krzyak, 73 of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Montgomery when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 9, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Robert Peachey, 68 of Liberty, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Queen Mountain Road in the town of Liberty when he was involved in a single car motor vehicle accident. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 9, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Matthew Kaider, 60 of Greenville, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of Greenville when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 10, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Wendy DelaCruz, 23 of Maybrook, NY for DWI. She was traveling on North Galleria Drive in the town of Wallkill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
