Twenty motorists arrested over the weekend for Driving While Impaired.

On April 6, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Amanda Ragule, 30 of New Paltz, NY for DWAI Drugs. Troopers responded to a local gas station in the town of Lloyd for a report of a female sleeping in a vehicle. Upon arrival, troopers observed the operator behind the wheel of the vehicle sleeping with the door open and engine running. An investigation revealed that Ragule was impaired by drugs and she was subsequently arrested.

On April 6, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Michelle McManus, 50 of Athens, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 385 in the town of Athens when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.

On April 6, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Richard Rosales, 20 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of New Windsor when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 6, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Salvatore Porfidio, 53 of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Liberty when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Sharon Toney, 37 of Liberty, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Main Street in the town of Liberty when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Evan Chesney, 23 of Southhampton, NY for DWI. He was traveling on County Road 7 in the town of Colchester when he was involved in a single car motor vehicle accident. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Teshinia Simpson, 52 of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 211 in the town of Wallkill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Cheyanne Totten, 23 of Walden, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Plank Road in the city of Newburgh when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Arturo Jimenez, 56 of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Low Avenue in the city of Middletown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Bryan Best, 21 of Inwood, NY for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on State Road 145 in the town of Cairo when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Mark Alfieri, 41 of Pomono, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 202 in the town of Haverstraw when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
