Chester woman charged with DWI

On April 5th, 2018, New York State Police out of the Liberty barracks charged Anastasia L. Latassa of Chester, NY with misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated.
On April 5th, 2018, at approximately 1:05 a.m., Troopers stopped a Hyundai Sonata for being operated with no stop lamps on Spring Street in the village of Monticello. During the course the traffic stop, it was determined that the operator, Anastasia L. Latassa, was driving while intoxicated. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Liberty barracks for processing. She submitted to a chemical test which showed she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.11%.
Ms. Latassa was issued the appropriate traffic tickets and is set to appear in the village of Monticello Court on April 12, 2018.
