Claverack woman arrested for burglary

Claverack, New York – On March 24, 2018, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Kim A. Banks, age 51, of Claverack, for Burglary in the 2nd degree, a class C felony.
On March 23, 2018, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Troopers responded to State Route 217 in the town of Claverack for a report of a larceny. An investigation revealed Banks entered the residence of her tenant illegally, and stole bottles of liquor.
Banks was arraigned before the town of Claverack Court and release on her own recognizance. Banks is next scheduled to appear before the court on April 17, 2018, at 6:30 p.m.
