Two arrested in Dover for public lewdness

Dover, New York – On March 29, 2018, the New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks arrested Vincent E. Sheeley Jr., age 30, of Dover, and Marissa Mongelli, age 30, of Danbury, CT, for Public Lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.
On March 29, 2018, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Troopers responded to the McDonald’s parking lot on Route 22 in the town of Dover to assist a concerned citizen reporting inappropriate behavior. Upon arrival to the parking lot Troopers observed Sheeley and Mongelli engaging in sexual intercourse in public view.
Sheeley and Mongelli were both issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Dover Court on April 9, 2018, at 4:00 p.m.
