The fun begins when Joshua lands in “The Big Easy”, where he’ll team up with the Executive Chef of Cavan Restaurant & Bar and French Quarter Engine 29 fireman, Nathan Richard for a culinary experience he’ll never forget. Also planned is crawfishing, visiting a local candy store to make famous New Orleans candies, visiting the Culinary School in Thibodeau, LA and so much more!

WHEN:        Joshua and his family will be in New Orleans from March 24th through March 29th.

WHY:           JetBlue For Good is JetBlue’s platform for social impact and corporate responsibility. Giving back is part of JetBlue’s DNA and is core to its mission of inspiring humanity. Combining JetBlue’s corporate efforts with its customers’ and crewmembers’ passions, the common theme is Good – JetBlue For Good.    Make-A-Wish makes the seemingly impossible possible for kids with critical illnesses through the experience of wish-come-true. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope – a  powerful combination that may lead to better health outcomes. Such transformative moments are shared by crewmembers, customers, wish families and everyone involved.
