On March 23, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Willard Newsome, 38, of Henderson, NC for DWAI Drugs. An investigation revealed that he struck a fence on Forest Hills Road in the town of Catskill. Additional investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On March 23, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Joseph Dicarmine Jr, 55, of Cohoes, NY for DWI. Troopers responded State Route 23 in the town of Cairo for a report of an unknown male at a local residence. Troopers observed the vehicle that was reported on County Route 20A in the town of Cairo and stopped the vehicle and interviewed the operator of the vehicle. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 23, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Brianna Cazorla, 23, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Leroy Place in the city of Newburgh when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Raymond Sims, 32, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Hamptonburg arrested Thomas Fowler, 35, of Marlboro, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Florida arrested Aidan Morda, 23, of Forty Fort, PA for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Georgia Cote, 22, of Middletown, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Highland Avenue in the city of Middletown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Rodney Macelus, 27, of Nanuet, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Parkway in the town of Orangetown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Juan Barillas Ardon, 32, of Baltimore, MD for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 59 in the village of Spring Valley when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Zafer Kabakci, 31, of Jeffersonville, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Callicoon when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Catskill arrested Andrew Yonnetti, 25, of Hunter, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Platte Clove Road in the town of Hunter when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Michael Sharkey, 55, of Cairo, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Cairo when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of New Baltimore when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Patrick McGoyne, 39, of West Coxsackie, NY for DWI. Troopers responded to a residence on Shady Lane in the town of New Baltimore for an unknown vehicle in their driveway. Troopers interviewed the operator and determined that he was impaired by alcohol. He was subsequently arrested for DWI.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Wurtsboro arrested Lea Farrell, 46, of Bloomingburg, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Mamakating Road in the town of Mamakating when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 24, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Andrew Ector, 28, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Highway 28 in the town of Kingston when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Hamptonburg arrested Jasmine Suleiman, 22, of Highland, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Amber Vanbenschoten, 22, of Slate Hill, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Lloyds Lane in the town of Wallkill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested James Bruyn, 30, of Pine Bush, NY for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on State Route 208 in the town of Montgomery when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Justin Ramcharitar, 29, of Walden, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Cindy Diep, 26, of Monticello, NY for DWI. She was traveling on West Broadway in the village of Monticello when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Danny Vazquez, 28, of Kauneonga Lake, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Bethel when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Joseph Tissiera, 29, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Esopus when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Eugene Edwards, 41, of Catskill, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23A in the town of Catskill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Nicholas Tomlins, 26, of New Hampton, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Seward Road in the town of Wawayanda when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Hunter arrested Geoffroy Massuelle, 29, of New York, NY for DWI. Troopers observed him sleeping at a local gas station in the village of Tannersville. As troopers approached the vehicle he attempted to drive away and struck a gas pump. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 25, 2018, State Police Monroe arrested Jorge Ulloa, 44, of Scotchtown, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Chester when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 26, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Joseph James, 29, of New City, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
