Rock Hill Man arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

PRESS RELEASE

 On March 21, 2018, State Police at Wurtsboro charged Paul M. Sherrington, 70, of Rock Hill, NY with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a grey Dodge Neon for failing to keep right on Katrina Falls Road in the Town of Thompson. While interviewing Sherrington, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath and investigation revealed he had taken several medications. Sherrington was placed under arrest and transported to SP Wurtsboro. At SP Wurtsboro, Sherrington provided a breath and blood sample. Sherrington was processed without incident and released to a sober third party. Sherrington is scheduled to appear in the Town of Thompson Court on April 16, 2018 at 5:00 pm.
